We arrived on the Island Princess and decided to explore this port city on foot. From weaving through the historic Sendall Tunnel to climbing the old stone stairs that overlook it, the day had that mix of island history and real-life local charm. We stopped into a chocolate factory for a quick demonstration (the aroma alone was worth the visit!), wandered through the bustling open market, chatted with several friendly locals, and grabbed a bite at Raj’s Doubles — easily one of the tastiest street eats in the Caribbean.
