Ketchikan is an awesome stop for any Alaska Cruise. We just off of the Norwegian Joy and the Norwegian Bliss was parked right next to us. Creek Street is a must during salmon season, and is a great retreat from the crowds near the cruise port. The lumberjack show is a great late add-on if you haven't booked anything and just want to wander into town. Shopping at Diamonds International and Del Sol are great for those big ticket items to ensure that you don't get ripped off with poor quality. However, if you are truly looking for great gifts try checking out the local shops a little further in town.
