Hello from Royal Caribbean's Majesty of the Seas! We are doing some Old School Style cruising this time! We are onboard Majesty for a five night sailing out of Fort Lauderdale and will be visiting Nassau Bahamas, Perfect Day at CocoCay, and Key West Florida! Majesty of the Seas is Royal Caribbean's second oldest ship in the fleet and lacks the newer features of more recent ships. We are excited to see the charm and experience a tiny older ship has to offer! We started this day off by going through Port Everglades, which is the cruise port located in Fort Lauderdale Florida! We have never sailed out of this port before, so we showed as much of the terminal as we could to give you an idea of the procedures. Once onboard, we escaped the rain by visiting the Compass Deli, checking out our Oceanview stateroom, and discovering the improvements made to the Royal Caribbean App! After our dinner in the Main Dining Room, we explored the ship and tried to get our bearings with this unfamiliar styled ship. We went to areas such as A Chorus Line Theater, The Schooner Bar, Boleros, The Art Gallery, Centrum, Shopping Center, and where the Helipad "should" be... :) . We had a great first day and can't wait to continue this new adventure! If you have any general questions please leave us a comment below! If you would like help planning your own Royal Caribbean sailing please contact us via our travel agent information that is located at the end of this video!
