Wow, we had a ton of fun on our 2nd day sailing Royal Caribbean's Majesty of the Seas! We began the day with a relaxing (and non-crowded) breakfast at Windjammers! We seemed to find the area of the buffet that hardly anyone knew about and it was amazing! Then we geared up for an exciting day off the ship! Today's Port of Call was Nassau Bahamas, which normally would not be too exciting for us, but the day was spiced up by trying something completely new! We spent the day at Atlantis' Aquaventure Park! Aquaventure is a part of Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in Nassau. Atlantis can be reached by taking water taxi or a short taxi cab ride like we did. Aquaventure is a highly themed waterpark inspired by Mayan temples and ancient ruins! Once we arrived at Atlantis, we explored the resort, redeemed our water park tickets, and headed for the slides! We will be releasing a full Aquaventure video that will tour the grounds and give POVs of some available attractions! Until this video is ready, we hope you enjoy the short montage of our time at Aquaventure! Once back on the ship, we had dinner at Compass Deli/Sorrento's Pizza. Then we visited "A Chorus Line Theater" for an evening performance by violinist Doug Cameron. Then the rest of the evening was spent bopping around at the Spectrum lounge and watching the super fun "Finish the Lyric" Gameshow! We had a great day and we hope you enjoyed joining us!
