What a day, what a day, what a day. This day was full of historical learning, many laughs, and a great steak. On our way to Merida, we learned about the history of the Yucatan, why Progreso is there, and even went to mass in a cathedral from the late-1500s. Merida may become my new retirement home! This day also came as a great foodie day. Lunch consisted of the Yucatan food that I think exists. That was followed up with an elegant dinner at the JWB Steakhouse with a surprise guest. This day truly exemplifies that a cruise day is better than a work day, any day. If you do not believe me, then let's cruise together.
