This is our vlog from our #historicalvlog series/playlist. In this video, we went to the Great Dismal Ditch, a ditch create by slavery as a hideout and escape up north to freedom. We went to the Washington Ditch, a ditch create off slave labor ordered by President George Washington as a travel exit for him, and lastly, we went to the Insurrection Site, the start point of Nat Turner, where he and his church members and followers, killed over 60 White people, killing everything in sight off 2 days before getting captured, tried, convicted, then later, beheaded, skinned and dismembered.
