Come along for a true full spa day at the Norwegian Escape’s Mandara Spa! Starting the day there, I spent about two hours in the Thermal Suite before heading to breakfast. Then, I returned to the spa for a wash and keratin treatment on my hair. Following that, I had lunch, went to purchase my photos from this momcation cruise, then relaxed on my balcony before heading back to the spa to relax for the evening. After a beautiful spa day, I enjoyed dinner at Food Republic… the portion sizes I chose on Day 5 were smarter and more manageable than those I chose on Day 2. Takeaway from Day 5… The Mandara Spa’s Thermal Suite on the Norwegian Escape owes me nothing! I had tea, relaxed, napped, enhanced my respiratory system in the Salt Bath, and came away refreshed! This vlog also briefly takes us into Day 6, also known as disembarkation day. I truly hope this vlog series has been helpful to you. Have a fantastic day, and a wonderful new year 2022!
