I have always loved baking, for the longest time I wanted to open up my own bakery and in fifth grade when asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I said be a wedding cake baker. Well here I am 15 years later, and even though I don't own my own bakery, I did work at one for 5 years and I did go pastry school after high school.
