About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description↓

This is the story of a 7-day cruise on Puget Sound (in the Pacific Northwest) with American Cruise Lines on their ship American Constellation. In spite of mother nature throwing us some very challenging windy weather that prevented us from visiting two of the places on our original itinerary, it still ended up being an enjoyable and memorable cruise. We did end up making it to Anacortes, Port Angeles, Port Townsend, and Poulsbo. The cruise began and ended in Seattle. Excursions took us to Victoria, Whidbey Island, and Port Gamble. I'm embarrassed to say that I made two factual errors in my voiceover of this video. In spite of what I say in the voiceover, this was NOT my 56th cruise overall... it was my 57th! Also, the ferry ride that I took to Victoria was NOT my first-ever ferry ride. After making the video, I remembered that I did actually ride a ferry in Mexico many years ago, between Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen. Sorry about that, but the older I get, the more this kind of stuff is going to happen! If you're interested in booking a cruise with American Cruise Lines, or any other cruise line, feel free to use the services of my Travel Agent, Caitlin Gallagher. Her fees are paid for by the cruise lines, so it doesn't cost you anything extra at all to have Caitlin do the work of arranging your cruise and being the contact person for the cruise line. If you've ever tried to call one of the cruise lines to book a cruise, or to make some kind of modification to your existing reservation, you'll appreciate why it's way better to have your travel agent deal with the cruise line instead of you doing it yourself!
