It was fantastic. Perfect weather for this. I wouldn't call it strenuous, but you definitely have to be able to climb stairs and there's some steep areas, some slippery areas, and then not have a fear of heights because you can't really do anything about those bridges.
Highly recommend. It was awesome. Again, not for mobility challenge though. And if you're afraid of heights, don't do it. But if you're a bird lover, oh my gosh, do it.
The variety of birds has been insane. But they don't really have a lot of the mammals here. Just uh, capacin monkeys live in the forest and maybe a few other, but nothing to really be scared of anyway.
