Discovery Princess is the sixth ship in the Royal-Class and has a number of features and amenities found on this popular class of ship. Still, it has some unique additions as well. Some of our favorite venues on this Princess Cruises cruise ship included the Good Spirits Bar. Here, you can get a custom cocktail from craft bartenders. We also dive into the dining on Discovery Princess. No matter what, you can't go wrong with Gigi's Pizzeria. This complimentary venue offers some of the best pizza at sea. We were also found of the quick service Salty Dog Grill on the Lido deck. Here you can get more than burgers and fries, with tacos, chicken sandwiches, and other bite-sized options. The Discovery Princess was sailing at 63% capacity, and this MedallionClass experience ship showcased the cruise line's newest technology. On these new ships, cruisers use the medallion device for keyless room entry, contactless payment, and many other features.
