I did the hot crystal massage on a quartz bed which was amazing, so relaxing. They also include a facial. Warning that if you have a dust allergy, which I do, the quartz does have lots of dust. I got super congested and needed lots of water afterwards for my throat. It was still worth it though. I reserved the thermal suite for the next sea day which was great. I love the mud treatment.
