Royal Caribbean | Navigator of the Seas | Inside Cabin 9483 Tour Royal Caribbean's Navigator of the Seas had a $115 million dollar refurbishment in January 2019 and here is my cabin 9483 tour. This is just a quick tour of inside cabin 9483 and what it has to offer those that stay here. It has ample space for a couple and is a standard cruise ship-size cabin. Navigator is amped up adding a water coaster, super water slides, a new mini-golf, laser tag, ice skating, and a completely remodeled pool deck. Today is cruise day here are my first impressions.
