About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

See the buffet food selection at Royal Caribbean's Solarium Bistro for breakfast, lunch, and brunch. The Solarium buffet is only available on Quantum and Oasis-class ships. All the food you'll see are complimentary, included with the cruise fare, and were from our cruise aboard the Allure of the Seas. Brunch at the Solarium café is available from sea days only, going from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Breakfast is available from 7 to 10 AM on port days. Interestingly lunch is only available on embarkation day. For dinner on the Allure of the Seas, it became a Brazilian steakhouse specialty restaurant called Samba Grill- menu is in the video. The only other ship it is on is the Radiance of the Seas, and costs $43 per person. Usually the Solarium Bistro is less crowded than the Windjammer Marketplace buffet, so it's an alternative to consider boarding day lunch, and for breakfast or brunch for the rest of the cruise.
