You will see Fort San Christobal, built by the Spanish in 1783 and Fort San Felipe del Morro now a UN World Heritage site. Old San Juan's colorful buildings on blue cobblestone streets have restaurants, bars and lots of shopping. The streets are a little hilly, so if you want more of a level walk, head left when leaving the port to the fountain "Fuente Raices" and follow the walled city path along the water to Fort San Felipe del Morro.
