Our port day in St. Thomas started exactly how you’d hope — sunshine, stunning views, and island flavors — but ended with some lingering questions aboard the Sun Princess. 🤔 We kick things off by taking the Skyride to Paradise Point, where we explore the shops, scenic overlooks, and bars and restaurants perched high above the harbor. Drinks were flowing with a Bailey’s Bushwhacker and a banana colada, and the food delivered with a delicious shrimp & lobster roll. After coming back down the mountain, we stopped by Leatherback Brewing, sampling a variety of craft beers, hard seltzers, and hard tea — a great local stop that quickly became a highlight of the day. 🍻 Back onboard the Sun Princess, we were finally offered one of only two specialty dining reservations by Princess staff. Dinner was at The Catch by Rudi, the ship’s specialty seafood restaurant, and the food was excellent. However, we couldn’t help but notice many unused tables throughout the dining room, which raised some serious questions about what’s really going on behind the scenes.
