This G-scale model train is loaded up and heading to a Costco near you! The latest headlines were certainly on my mind today when I set up my trains in a big layout running through my house and in to the garage. After this, perhaps a train load of hand sanitizer is probably in order. By the way, folks of a certain age might recognize that the title of this video is a joking reference to a song by the Monkees back in 1966. And by "folks of a certain age" I mean old geezers like me. This is the LGB 25552 White Pass diesel locomotive, one of many G-scale model trains in my collection. At the beginning of the video, you can see most (but not all) of the other model trains I've been collecting over the years. We were experiencing some rare winter weather here in California, so I chose to do a fully indoor layout this time. If you look at the other model train videos here on my YouTube channel, you'll see that the trains usually run in and out of the house... but not today.
