About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

Can a World Cruise be too long? How long is it and what does it cost? Okay travelers… this is a Big One… the biggest we have EVER seen out of a US port for the US customer base...this is a World Cruise that goes beyond the ordinary World Cruise. Now, we are 2019 World Cruise travelers and we specialize in World Cruises and other bucket list travel opportunities but this is BIG even to us.. Royal Caribbean Cruise Line announced a 2023-2024 World Cruise, this is the first time this line has offered a world cruise and Wow...they have entered the world cruise market with a whopping 274 night world cruise. That's right 274 nights. This cruise will be departing Dec 10 2023 From Miami Florida. Once departing Miami, guests will sail around the horn, with stops at some of the most iconic ports along their route. Some of the route highlights include Cozumel Mexico with access to Chichen-Icha, where the ancient Mayan people built pyramids which are available for guests to explore. Another New World Wonder of the World on the route, is Christ the Redeemer, the colossal statue of Jesus Christ that stands 98 feet tall and stands on the summit of Rio de Janeiro. Another bucket list stop is Iguzu Falls which is a natural wonder of the world and lies on the border of Argentina and Brazil. Together, the falls combine to make the largest waterfalls in the entire world. Once passing around South America the route takes travelers to Los Angeles and then across the ocean to exciting destinations such as: Hawaii, French Polynesia, New Zealand and Austrailia, - in Australia, you will have the opportunity to visit the only living thing that you can see from space, the great barrier reef. On the 2019 World Cruise that we took, we went scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef and then continued our excursion with a helicopter ride that took us up above the reef to get a birds eye perspective of the reef that we just dove on. Another New Wonder of the World visited on this cruise is the Great Wall of China. Here you can visit, the only man made structure that can be seen from space. Continuing on, other highlights of this portion of the cruise is a visit to the Taj Mahal in India. Further on, after arriving in Dubai, the cruise continues to Jordan where guests will have the opportunity to visit Petra, a city of half built into rock in which temples dating back to biblical times will amaze visitors and immerse them in the history. A visit to Rome and all of the opportunities for expiration there including the well preserved colosseum with the underground now open for visitors, makes this a must visit even for guests who may have visited this site before. And even more history can be found as guests can visit the ancient wonder of the world, the temple of Artemis. On the final leg of the cruise, gets will continue from Barcelona. Guests will explore many exciting ports in Europe and Russia. Including opportunities to visit, Stonehenge in England and The blue lagoon in Iceland. The ship will arrive back in Miami on Sept 10 of 2024. There is so much included...and so much to see. What in the world would a trip around the world like this cost? 60 to 100 thousand per person. Now, there are a great many items included in these fares especially for past guests of RCCL. Special perks that include drink packages, laundry services and probably most enticing is a shore excursion package that will include 5 epic destinations included with your cruise fare.
