I went on my first Virgin Voyages cruise aboard the lovely Scarlet Lady. The Itinerary was call Dominican Daze. As always I flew in the Night Before and stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Bal Harbor. The ultimate luxury hotel. The ship departed from Miami with the first stop being Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. This was a beautiful island where we did the chocolate and rum tour. Definitely try the Momma Juana because is is the best spiced rum ever. The second stop was Bimini Bahamas at Virgin Private Resort this is easily one of my favorites.
