We took a lunch cruise on the Willamette River right here in Portland, Oregon aboard the Portland Spirit ship, and it was a really wonderful experience!This is the Bridgetown Lunch Cruise — named after Portland's 12 famous bridges that cross the Willamette River — and it is just a fantastic way to see downtown Portland from a completely different perspective. The cruise is a 2-hour round trip from downtown Portland down to Milwaukie, Oregon and back, and along the way you cruise right under those iconic Portland bridges. It's a beautiful ride!At $81 per person, it's not a free outing like some of our other local adventures — but we think it is absolutely worth it for a special occasion, a date afternoon, or just a unique way to experience Portland Oregon.
