http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com The entire day tour off the L'Austral circled Lake Myvatn visiting the famous boiling mud pots of Hverarond and now stops at Skutustadagigar Pseudo Craters. These Pseuo craters were formed when water trapped beneath flowing lava boiled up to the surface creating what looks like a volcanic cone. I thought they were underwhelming. Lunch was served in the Community Center across the road and Tauck Tour group got a chance to try a type of Molasses bread baked underground by thermal heat.
