Let's demystify something that's commonly misunderstood on cruises, which is smart elevators.

A lot of people think they're dumb, but they're actually smart.

You need to enter the floor that you're going to, but you need to enter that for as many people that are in your party.

If you only enter the floor once for a party of five, for example, the elevator thinks there's only one person getting on board, the car comes overfilled, and the whole thing gets thrown out.
