We were quarantined on Royal Caribbean's Jewel of the Seas cruise ship for 24 hours and were strictly not allowed to leave the ship due to a coronavirus scare. After departing Dubai we were refused entry to the port of Abu Dhabi so we had to make a 360 and return to Dubai. One person has respiratory problems so has been taken to hospital. Here's the good news update! we chose to come home early because we were afraid either the UAE or UK governments would place the countries under lockdown.
