Pirates and Mutiny on Fred. Olsen Borealis as We Cross the Arctic Circle | Episode 4

Join us aboard Fred. Olsen's Borealis as we sail further north on our Northern Lights Cruise — and cross the Arctic Circle in truly unforgettable fashion! In Episode 4, our day begins with a port talk, followed by a mouth-watering Kitchen Creations demonstration in the auditorium. We then enjoy a delicious lunch at the Poolside Grill, one of our favourite spots on the ship. As we head out on deck, the Arctic scenery is moody and atmospheric — just in time for the Arctic Circle Ceremony! Expect pirates, mutiny, and icy chaos as the ship’s officers are put on trial and hilariously punished with freezing water (all in good fun, of course). Yes, there’s even a chance to kiss the fish... Later, we wind down with a relaxing glass of wine at the bar before heading to a Scandinavian Aquavit tasting experience (£30pp), complete with bold cocktails, canapés, and a chance to mix our own drinks. Trust us — Aquavit definitely isn't for the faint-hearted! We also try Colours and Tastes, Fred.
