Day 2 of our Canada & New England cruise takes us to Newport, Rhode Island. After breakfast at the World Fresh Marketplace buffet on the ship we made our way to pick up a tender boat ticket. Thankfully we got there right in time, grabbed a ticket, and they called our number before we could even sit down! We had a 20 minute tender boat ride and we were on our way to explore Newport. Our first plan was to catch the city bus that would take us to the Cliff Walk entrance near Easton Beach, but the bus was already full. So our plan B was to walk through town, check out the old buildings, and maybe find the playground! After a successful trip to the playground we made our way to the tender boat and headed back to the ship.
