Sailing an ocean cruise ship up a river isn’t something you see every day. In this final episode of our Fred Olsen Cruise Lines Balmoral mini cruise, we sail along the River Seine to Rouen, France, explore one of Europe’s best preserved medieval cities, and show what disembarkation day on a Fred Olsen cruise is really like.
