Welcome back to my 14 day Southeast Asia cruise on the beautiful Norwegian Spirit! Today is our second day in Kaohsiung (and it's Christmas Eve!) and I have an excursion booked through NCL called "A Glimpse of Kaohsiung" to see a bit more of the city than I saw yesterday. We hop on a bus and are taken to several spots, one being the Lotus Pond to see several amazing pagodas and temples, the second is Confucius Temple and finally the beach! Although the weather didn't really cooperate for a beach day, we still had a fantastic time on this excursion. Since today is Christmas Eve, Ben from @TravelWithBen121 and I eat at Teppanyaki on the ship for dinner, it is a specialty restaurant and his first time ever trying a specialty dining meal on a cruise!
