Castaway Cay and Fireworks at Sea :: Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point Cruise

It's already day 3 of our cruise and today we're at Castaway Cay. We started the day with breakfast in Lumiere's, followed immediately by a Princess Gathering in the Atrium where we got to meet Ariel, Cinderella, and Tiana! Then it was time to make our way from the ship to shore; we timed the travel time from the ship to where we camped out on the beach, and it was approximately 16 minutes (a far cry from the 63 minutes it took us at Lookout Cay the previous day). We had a marvelous time on the island, and only made our way back to the ship after 3pm. Then it was time to get cleaned up for pirate night - but before that, there was a special Q&A with Kensington Tallman just before we got to watch Inside Out 2 inside the Walt Disney Theatre. I loved the movie, and the Q&A was a special touch for DVC members. Dinner was a fun affair, and we received the butter chicken we had preordered on the first night. It was delicious! The Pirate Night dinner menu isn't our favorite menu, so keep in mind you can request special items for dinner as long as you submit your request in advance (not the same night you want the food).
