Today is embarkation day for our 2023 Asia Cruise on the Celebrity Solstice come with us as we travel to the cruise port, go through the embarkation process, relax in the lounge and finally board the ship. As always this is something we look forward to and on this occasion we have 12 nights on this ship. We are in one of our favourite rooms a Sunset Suite looking out of the stern of the boat which gives us a couple of different views/perspectives together with an essential pole. One of the things we both enjoy is access to Michael's Club as well as dining in the superb Luminae restaurant. This ship has not yet had its Celebrity Revolution that is expected in 2025. We made a bucket list of places we want to visit and Steve’s choice was Asia, he loves the continent, enjoys exploring the culture and landscapes. So we booked a cruise with Celebrity Cruises adding on some hotel days at the start and end of the holiday to explore Hong Kong and Singapore. Neither of us have been to the places on this itinerary previously. So on this adventure we explore on our own and we also take ship excursions to maximise our time and experience.
