Sunday was our last day in Fairbanks. We had decided to leave the hotel around 11 so I was able to sleep in! The only thing planned for this day was to go to the ice museum out at the Chena Hot Springs resort area. Our tour time was booked for 1pm but even with the hour (ish) long drive out we still had time to explore before the tour. It was an interesting experience and the quality of the ice sculptures were really impressive! We drove to North Pole for lunch at Pagoda and the food was spectacular! Our last stop in Fairbanks before heading to the airport was at Lat 65, another brewery. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend and I'm happy for all the memories I was able to make.
