Cruise day 5 brings us to Saint John, Canada! So far we've had an amazing time on our Canada & New England cruise abord the Enchanted Princess! We walked from the cruise port up to the Saint John City Market, which is the oldest continuously operated farmer's market in Canada, dating back to 1785! One of the coolest things about this city market is the way it was built. If you look up the roof looks like an inverted ship and reportedly was built by unemployed ship carpenters! After looking through the city market we made a pit stop at Tim Hortons for coffee and Apple Fritters :) With coffee's in hand, we made our way up the road to the Kings Square and then through town making stops to enjoy the architecture; some buildings dating back to the late 1700's. On our way back to the ship we stopped off at the library for a walk by the Marco Polo ship model, and then on to the Waterfront Container Village. Finally we grabbed some souvenirs and made our way onto the ship to pick up our son from kids club. Lunch was spent at the buffet with an impromptu food review by our son who approved of his 'Made in Canada' potato chips! Sailing out of Saint John made for a beautiful evening with time spent in the hot tubs, enjoying a soft serve cone, and loving the live music in the Piazza and O'Malley's Pub. 0:00 Welcome to Saint John, Canada 4:05 Saint John City Market 9:21 Tim Hortons Stop 11:03 Kings Square Park 13:47 Trinity Church 1783 22:22 Waterfront Container Village 25:18 Lunch Buffet on Enchanted Princess. 25:22 Old Dutch Chip Review from Kyrus 26:48 Sailing Away 28:08 Live Music in the Piazza 30:37 Hot tub time with ice cream and sunsets! #travel #cruise #princesscruises #enchantedprincess #canadacruise #obstructedbalcony #seekfindtravel #cruiseship #newengland #famiylvlog #vlog #travelvlog #familytravel #canada #newenglandcruise #saintjohn #bayoffundy #sunset #fyp
