Creator's Key Takeaways
we were probably a little bit apprehensive about this trip because it's 9 hour it was very tiring
the temple has existed since at least the 17th century but the very distinctive Spire was built in the 19th century
the river itself was quite murky and as we went along it we could also see that there was a fair amount of plastics
the museum was down a tribut Tre to the main river and for us it was easily accessible however we spent about half an hour there and it was a well worthwhile experience

Hear about the secrets of this awe-inspiring five ton solid gold statue. Join us on this visual odyssey along Bangkok's River of Kings, where each stop unfolds a chapter of Thailand's rich legacy against the backdrop of the Chao Phraya's flowing waters. We made a bucket list of places we want to visit and Steveโs choice was Asia, he loves the continent, enjoys exploring the culture and landscapes. So we booked a cruise with Celebrity Cruises adding on some hotel days at the start and end of the holiday to explore Hong Kong and Singapore. Neither of us have been to the places on this itinerary previously. So on this adventure we explore on our own and we also take ship excursions to maximise our time and experience. Our next vlog series will focus on Joanneโs choice of location, which may surprise you, but youโll have to wait for that one. We're never too old to keep exploring, so please join us.
