It's New Year's Eve on the Norwegian Spirit and we have a pool party and champagne awaiting us, but first it's time to do some whitewater river rafting down the Mohaka River in Napier, New Zealand! I booked this excursion directly through NCL and it's the first time this excursion has been done with the cruise line. It was fantastic, and I enjoyed every moment of this gorgeous river. We spent a lovely morning rafting and then headed back to the ship for a massive New Year's Eve celebration onboard! Being in such a far forward timezone, we were some of the first to welcome in 2026! This turned out to be one of the best days of the entire 14-day cruise I hope you enjoy watching!
