Join us for Episode 6 of our Marella Explorer Canarian Flavours cruise series as we explore the stunning island of La Palma! 🌊✨ 👉 Missed Breakfast, But Ready for Lunch! We kicked things off with a visit to The Market Place Buffet, offering a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy any craving. 👉 Hiking to Mirador de la Concepción After lunch, we embarked on an uphill adventure to the breathtaking Mirador de la Concepción. Perched 350 metres above sea level, this viewpoint offers panoramic views of Santa Cruz de La Palma, the lush landscapes, and the sparkling Atlantic. It was a bit of a climb, but totally worth it! 🏞️ 👉 Surprising Wall Art with Monkeys and Elephants! On the way, we stumbled across an incredible mural featuring monkeys (how fitting!) and elephants — a fun and unexpected discovery. 🐒🐘 👉 Beachfront Pints & Relaxation After our hike, we treated ourselves to a refreshing pint by the beach. There’s nothing better than enjoying a cool drink with a view! 🍺🌊 👉 Obligatory Selfie at Santa Cruz de La Palma Sign We couldn’t resist snapping a selfie at the colourful Santa Cruz de La Palma sign before heading back to the ship. 📸 👉 Mediterranean Delights on Deck 11 Dinner took us to The Mediterranean on Deck 11, where we enjoyed an array of sweet and savoury snacks, paella, and our favourite pizza and pasta station. 🍕🥗 👉 Sunset Views on the Mediterranean Terrace We soaked in the stunning sunset views from the Mediterranean Terrace — the perfect end to a lovely day. 🌅 👉 Thermal Garden & Spa Time After our hike, a visit to the Thermal Garden was a must! Foot spas, saunas, and a cosy spot to watch the sail away — absolute bliss. 💆‍♂️ 👉 Surf & Turf Dinner Treat For a special evening, we dined at Surf and Turf on Deck 7. For £36.95 per person, we indulged in premium steaks, fresh seafood, and delicious sides. Oh, and don’t miss out on the tiramisu martinis — totally worth the supplement! 🥩🍸 👉 Broadway Show Lounge & Silent Disco Fun! We ended the night with a West End-style production at the Broadway Show Lounge (decks 6 & 7), followed by a blast at the silent disco in Indigo.
