Hi Friends, Balcony State Rooms - Huge change on the Excellence Class Ships.. Nobody in the community is talking about this... Maybe it's not a big deal? OK, so the balconies have always been the same on every cruise, no matter which class of ship we have been on. Rectangular, Bed by Window, Sofa across from vanity with table in the middle. Carnival's Website shows the layout one way, but when you get on board, you may be in for a shocker. Trick to figure it out: I figured this out after posting the video. Download the Ships Deck plan. Go to the 2nd page (Black and White page). Grayed out cabins have the beds by the door. These cabins are not scooter accessible, Let us know: Bed by the door or window...
