He introduced us to his Staff Captain, General Manager, Chief Engineer, Hotel Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Safety Officer, Chief Purser, Bar Manager, Chief Housekeeper, Executive Chef, Guest Relations Manager, Destination Services Manager, Social Hostess, Welfare Hostess and Cruise Director.
