Since our experience on Azamara Quest we have been back on Azamara Onward and can happily report that the Guests Relations team were excellent. A sign of a good company is when things don't go to plan, they sort it out and Azamara have just done that! Azamara Cruises do some things brilliantly, a lot of things really well but sadly on this cruise they do some things badly too.
