MSC CRUISE LINE WEBSITE PROBLEMS!!!! #msccruise #cruisetravel #cruisevacation

We reserved our MSC cruise over a month ago and have been trying to book excursions, specialty dining etc. ever since. The website will not link my reservation number 80% of the time. I know it is not anything I'm doing wrong since it has worked 20% of the time! I have called MSC and they said it's a website glitch that should be fixed in a day or two......4 weeks late.....please get this under control! Get a new website if you have to! This is literally how people give you more money! #msccruises
