Preparing For Our Alaska Cruise

Before sailing away, I had a list of things to do to prepare for our trip. First, we booked the trip a year ago. So we booked flights to Vancouver on Black Friday (scored a great deal!). Then sometime in April, I checked to see if there were better deals/flights available and there WERE! So I changed our flights, for no change fee, to a much better flight into Vancouver! We've also received our Princess Medallions. These are wonderful little nuggets of technology, and the convenience of them being delivered directly to our home was incredible. We've watched a bunch of YouTube to try to get ready for this cruise. Two channels have been particularly helpful. @CruiseTipsTV and @LetsGoTravelTips have a bunch of information available regarding Princess cruises. With the time of our departure rapidly approaching, I've found several things to do to help us with our arrival into Vancouver as well as our boarding onto the ship. I completed the Canada customs arrival declaration on the ArriveCan app for both of us; this is not required anymore, but it is recommended to expedite arrival. (post cruise update, can confirm it did speed the customs process) I also checked us into our flights, and printed our luggage tags for the cruise.
