Join us at Parque de Atracciones de Madrid as we spend the day visiting Madrid's surprising city theme park! 🇪🇸 The amusement park is located right in Casa de Campo and is easily reachable by Metro from the city centre. While most people only think of Parque Warner Madrid, we wanted to show you that this urban park is actually great fun too with some of the best rides and attractions in Madrid! 🎢 Parque de Atracciones de Madrid has a unique mix of world-class thrills and nostalgic charm. We started our day in the Maquinismo area where some of the top thrill roller coasters are located! First up was Abismo, the terrifying SkyLoop coaster that's the only one of its kind in the world! Its vertical lift hill leaves you hanging completely upside down before plunging into a high-speed layout! We loved it. We also braved Tarántula, a spinning coaster that was way more intense than we expected and Tornado, a classic inverted looping coaster hidden among the trees. If you’re a thrill-seeker these rides alone make the trip to Parque de Atracciones worth it. For a change of pace, we moved on to the Tranquilidad zone where we took a boat ride through La Jungla (The Jungle), a nostalgic trip through Africa and braved The Walking Dead Experience which is currently the only one of its kind in Europe! It's a great horror maze featuring live actors and scenes from the Walking Dead TV show. We also took the Zeppelin for an aerial tour of Parque de Atracciones de Madrid! Next, we headed to the Naturaleza area to check out TNT Tren de la Mina, a great family coaster and Vértigo which is a little bit rough! We finished our day in Nickelodeon Land which is perfect for families visiting Madrid with kids. We HAD to go on La Aventura de Dora (Dora’s Jeeps) and it was very cute! You can see characters like SpongeBob SquarePants, Paw Patrol, Rugrats and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles all over the land. Whether you're a coaster enthusiast or just looking for fun things to do while you're in the Spanish capital, Parque de Atracciones de Madrid is a surprising theme park with lots of great roller coasters, rides and attractions!
