About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description↓

After an 11-day Canada & New England cruise, we have landed at our ending port of Quebec City. We are spending one night post-cruise so we can enjoy this beautiful city! We first visit the Citadel of Quebec, which is at the highest point of the city and the views are spectacular from here! And we learn the history of the area how it was founded by the French and taken over by the British, but the area of Quebec retained the French language. After an amazing lunch at Bistro 1640, we ride Le Funiculaire down to the lower part of the city. This is where access to the cruise terminal is, but also Quartier Petit Champlain. This area is so charming! It is mostly only a pedestrian area full of boutiques and restaurants. So beautiful in the fall which it has areas with special decor. We end our evening on Saint Jean Street for live music and dinner... but are drawn into a delicous smelling popcorn shop! Yes, we had to have some! Quebec style of course! Speaking of food... we can't leave without breakfast! And we have the most amazing brunch at La Buche... so delicious!!!
