Welcome back to Mer Cruises Solo - today is our second (and final) day in Ushuaia, Argentina, and I am taking a shore excursion booked through NCL called "The End of the World Combo". We start off with a scenic catamaran ride through the Beagle Channel where we see Sea Lions and Imperial Cormorants, which are birds in the pelican family that you could easily mistake for penguins, they look so similar from a distance! We see one of the three lighthouses known as the lighthouses at the end of the world. Then we board a bus to ride through the Tierra Del Fuego National Park and board a train that takes us to the End of the World Train station. The shore excursion lasted the full day (no lunch included!) and we arrived back to the Norwegian Star with less than 10 minutes before our scheduled departure.
