9 things I WISH I knew before sailing on a Disney cruise! We sailed on the Disney Wish and I wish I knew this before our first sailing! There are 18+ areas on the ship and Castaway Cay. The Disney character meals have very brief character interactions! Pirate Night is a VERY big deal! Donโt forget to pack a pirate outfit! We booked an inside stateroom that had no windows or balcony. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room, we recommend this option since it is the cheapest room on the ship! Castaway Cay has 2 must do activities! Don't miss out on the Disney statue snorkeling and Castaway Cay 5k! There are 3 rotational dining restaurants that are open for other meals besides dinner. Consider having lunch or breakfast at the available options! Download the Disney Navigator app to view cruise details and activities! Book a reservation for the Royal Gathering Disney princess meet and greet 30 days before your sailing date. When watching shows on the ship, budget time to secure a viewing spot! Are you sailing on a Disney cruise soon?! #disney #cruise #travel
