Join us on an unforgettable visit to Skradin, Croatia, a charming town known as the gateway to Krka National Park. 🌳 Our journey begins with admiring a gorgeous yacht and making our way to the bus station in Sibenik. The 20-minute bus ride to Skradin cost us 3.60 euros each and provided stunning views of the town from the road. 🚌 We stayed at the Skadinski Buk hotel, conveniently located within walking distance from the bus station. 🏨 Originally booking two nights, we enjoyed our stay so much that we added another night. The hotel cost $130 USD per night, including breakfast. Our large room featured a balcony with breathtaking mountain views. 🏔️ During our stay, we wandered through the small town and enjoyed a delicious lunch at Restaurant Niko with a cold 1-liter bottle of wine for 15 euros. 🍷 We noticed that many establishments only accept cash, but ATMs are conveniently located throughout the village. 💵 We walked down by the marina area, enjoyed the chilled and relaxed atmosphere, and even spotted a swan family. 🦢 One of our favorite spots was a local pub called Rumors, where beers were 3.90 euros. 🍻 Johan hit it off with the bartender Almere, who was born in Sweden. 🇸🇪 We also discussed how we've been living out of our backpacks with limited clothing, adding to the adventure.
