Creator's Key Takeaways

I'm a licensed commercial drone pilot and when I fly the drone, I'm legally required to have a visual observer helping me.

The commercial fishing industry is a very big deal here in Wrangle. It's the largest industry in this area.

There's never an extra charge for liquor on American cruise lines. It's all included.

Small ship cruising is just the complete opposite of that. You really get to connect with the other passengers if you want to.

Creator's Tips & Advice

βœ“Book your cruise through a travel agent that really knows American Cruise Lines.
βœ“Use a visual observer when flying a drone for safety.
βœ“Be prepared for any weather in Alaska.

YouTube Video Description↓

This is episode #4 of the story of my 2025 Alaska cruise with American Cruise Lines. The name of the cruise ship was American Constitution and the name of the itinerary was Alaskan Explorer. The cruise started in Juneau and finished ten days later in Juneau again. In this episode of my four-part series, we visit the Alaskan city of Petersburg, where a couple of very talented musicians come aboard the ship to entertain us. After that, we go to the city of Wrangell, where commercial fishing is the main driver of the local economy. While in Wrangell, I head out on one of the most exciting parts of the entire trip... a high speed jet boat ride up the Stikine River, to visit Shakes glacier. I'll also share some of the best photos I shot on this trip... some of which may end up in American Cruise Lines brochures... or perhaps even on the cover. So that you don't miss my upcoming travel videos, I recommend that you subscribe to my YouTube channel. It's free. Demand for these cruises within the USA, which do not even require a passport, has been soaring... causing American Cruise Lines to embark on a major expansion of their fleet in order to meet the demand. They are currently introducing a new ship to the fleet every four months, and plan to continue doing so for the next several years at least.
