Aidastella newly built Passenger Cruise Ship calls into Southampton 23/03/13

Aida Cruises very colourful and newly built Aidastella arrived this morning from Stavanger on her maiden call to Southampton on a cold, grey, miserable and rainy morning as with most Aida Cruise Ships they have a very distinctive pattern painted on the hull of a pair of lips which you can see from a head on view and a painted eye on either side so it appears like a face staring at you as she sails past, she appeared through the fine mist of rain just before 7:50am passing dockhead and the laid up container vessel Qingdao Tower before berthing at Ocean Terminal and was tied up alongside at about 8:25am. Aidastella will be departing later this evening at 8pm and wil pay another 5 visits to Southampton.
