Creator's Key Takeaways

This cruise was a little different than most of my others. There was a lot of karaoke this time.

I was delighted to see that the ship had a live band providing the music.

It's one of my favorite places on the ship to relax.

I definitely recommend Captain Tony's if you're ever looking for a great restaurant in Cabo.

Creator's Tips & Advice

About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

We recently escaped the cold gray skies of Washington state to head south for a 5-night Mexican Riviera cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas. Sailing out of the Los Angeles World Cruise Center in San Pedro, we visited Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada with our friends Jeff and Michelle. This trip quickly became known as "The Karaoke Cruise". My buddy Jeff is a former professional singer, and you’ll see highlights of him performing everything from "Hotel California" with a live band to a Josh Groban karaoke classic. In this video: Some very impressive karaoke performances by my friend, Jeff. See Quantum of the Seas from the air while anchored in Cabo. Why the Quantum-class Solarium is the best in the fleet. A $4 hidden gem in the ship's British Pub. A great meal at Captain Tony’s restaurant in Cabo. Incredible balcony views of a massive pod of dolphins. An oddly fun time-lapse of container ship operations in Ensenada. In that video I give you a pretty good tour of the ship, explain all the things I like about it, and show you why these Quantum-class ships are my favorite ships in Royal Caribbean's fleet.
