#Travels in Japan #Travels in the Philippines #Cruise ships #Model Railroads After having my N&W Y6b 2-8-8-2 and UP Challenger 4-6-6-4 customised with the latest technology Loksound version 5 sound decoders installed along with big bass speakers and having these big beautiful HO scale steam locomotives weathered a series of test runs were performed which ultimately I was impressed with. However, and unfortunately, and much to my regret, perhaps the smoke box interfered with the decoder (i'm not sure exactly what happened) but Ihad to take these locomotives to two other professional installers and have them entirely rebuilt. As a result of listening to their advice I no longer run them with smoke but they now do run successfully on my layout with awesome sounds.
