AIDA is the German brand of Carnival Cruise Lines, and in April of 2021, I cruised on the beautiful AIDAperla around the Canary Islands of Spain. Most people wouldn't think that a German cruise line would be known for exceptional cuisine, but I was blown away by the buffet restaurants and the "free" food onboard!
