I'd heard a lot of great things about BioParc Valencia, ranking it at the top of things to do in Valencia Spain, so I was really excited about visiting. It's located just a short walk from Valencia Old Town and is close to many other tourist attractions. BioParc Valencia uses the concept of Zoo-immersion, cleverly hiding barriers to immerse visitors into the animals' habitat rather than the other way around. Visiting BioParc Valencia truly feels like you're travelling to Africa! The themed areas represent different ecosystems: the Savannah, Equatorial Jungle, Wetlands and Madagascar. You'll see animals like giraffe, elephants, rhinos, hippos, gorillas, lemurs and lots more. The habitats look amazing, making it feel like you're seeing the animals in their natural environment. If you're looking for things to do in Valencia with kids, or if you just fancy a nice relaxing day yourself, BioParc Valencia is ideal.
